The last dinner club was supposed to be around the movie "61," a movie about baseball. Armed with baseball and All-American, we rose up to the challenge. Kate had left by this time, so Jon and Jules stepped in, as I mentioned previously. As an appetizer, I made waffle fry nachos. Jon and Jules did the asparagus wrapped in prosciutto. Jared made awesome pizza from scratch (including the dough). To finish up the meal, Joe made ice cream sandwiches with homemade cookies. This was the only dinner club where I ate so much that I felt full. Usually, we made just enough food to feel just full enough but not stuffed. This evening though, we were glutenous! I am super happy we did dinner club and said to see it finish. However, the semester became too busy for everyone to keep up our schedule.
