As I was driving into work today, I noticed an older gentleman (like a grandpa) standing on the corner handing out small green flyers. He was dressed up in nice pants, a trencoat, and a hat. I thought it was funny to see a retiree soliciting on campus, but if he needs to work, who am I to judge? So I park my car, and walk a few blocks to my office. On the way, I pass 3 more elderly gentleman also handing out gree flyers. I have to cross their path, so when one of the men asks me if I would like a free booklet, I ask what it is. Is a mini-version of Psalms and the Testament! I politely decline and keep walking. What really amused me was that I was carring a platter of cookies for my boss's surprise bachelorette party. They were sugar cookie cut-outs of male anatomy. heehee

Oh- IT"S SNOWING!! In April. This spring time snow has made me realize how much I like snow. It has been reminding me of Christmas. We are supposed to get 3 inches today. I guess when I get a "real job" I will have to factor in average snow fall.

Happy Belated Easter! I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. It was freezing up here in E. Lansing with temps in the 20s and a light dusting of snow. My friend Mitch came up for the weekend. We went out to the country bar Friday night for some line dancing. Saturday I took Mitch to Preuss' Pet store and we checked out all the fish. Later that night, a bunch of people met up at Harpers to watch MSU beat BC in the Frozen Four Hockey tournament. GO GREEN! GO WHITE! Mitch left early Sunday morning and made it back to Rochester in 5 hours. It might be a new record.

I had Lisa, Kate, Courtney, Joe, Dan, Shane, and Christina over for Easter dinner. Another year, another ham I can said I cooked. Come to think of it, my friends said my stuffed shells were good, but I don't remember anything about the ham. Oh well. People took home leftovers, so it must not have been that bad, right?

This week is normal school load. The next 2 weekends I have my business classes, but then I am done with those. School ends in the last week of April. I am planning on going to Rochester Mothers Day weekend. One week later I will be in Alaska!!! It is going to be a crazy month....
