Thanks everyone for all the wonderful birthday wishes and cards. So far, my day has been excellent. I got plenty of calls this morning too. My car is in the shop, but I hope to pick it up this afternoon before my business class. Unfortunately, I have class until 9:30pm tonight, and then tomorrow morn at 8:30am. I am going to be a trooper though and try to meet folks out tonight after class. If not, there is always Andy's party. But no Jack Daniels. I want to remember my evening.

I did buy myself some boots as a birthday present for me. They were way on sale, so I don't feel too bad. I'll post a pic later.

Here's to 28 not being 30!

Nothing too exciting happened over the weekend. I had another module in the business certificate program, so I was schooled in economics Friday night and all day Saturday. These classes usually wipe out all my brain power, so Saturday I just went out for a few cocktails. Sunday morning I studied for my first exam of the semester and had a soccer game in the afternoon. Next weekend promises more of the same because I have class on Friday and Saturday-again. BUT- Andy is having a birthday party for me, Leslie, and Jeanette at his new house Saturday night, so that should liven things up around here. Woo hoo!
