Ok time to catch up! Friday night I was at the hotel form 6-8pm. I was scheduled to work until 10pm, but the hotel was slow so I was sent home. Rather than go to bed early (how boring!), Jenny from Utah and I went down to Small Boat Harbor to check out some new resturants down there. We had cocktails at Chinooks, and then cocks and apps at Ray's. I do have a cute picture, but my camera is MIA, so I will have to post it later.

Saturday was a crazy day. Usually I work in the afternoon at the hotel. However, I committed to work a wedding at the SeaLife Center at the same time. So after a schedule swapping, I worked at the hotel from 7am-3pm. I came home, ate dinner, and then headed over to the Center at 5pm. We had 2 hours to prep for the wedding set up while the Center was open. Then we had 1 hour to set up tables, chairs, place settings, and decorations for 75 people. It was crazy but fun! It came out really nice. The wedding was a travel theme, with vintage suitcases every where. I worked a table where I told people where they were sitting. Then I put the lower level of the center back together because there was a cocktail hour during our 1 hour set up. I was on-call and ran errands as needed. I also took down all the tables and chairs, and vaccuumed the entire second level of the Center (it takes on hour). So I got home at 2am. Most of my friends were out for Vanessa's birthday, but I couldn't get in touch with anyone. I headed for bed.

Sunday was a perfect rainy day. I slept in. Nicole and I went out for lunch at the Smoke Shack. The guys at the hotel have been talking about it forever, so I finally got over there. It was cool because it is in an old train car. There are only 6 tables. I had a portabella burger and it was delicious! We then went to the grocery store, I did some work for ORCBS, and watched "Mask of Zorro." A perfect lazy day.

MONDAY!!! WHALE NECROPSY OUT OF WHITTIER!! More to come with pictures later...

Today I was in rehab and learned how to restrain the harbor seal for tube feeding. There was also an elephant seal necropsy, but I had to stay in Rehab and work. Eight people showed up for it, so I am kinda glad I had other stuff to do.

Tonight I had a softball game, and we lost in the last inning. :( I had to sub out the first 3 innings, but I got a single and an RBI. I need to start going to practice, but something always comes up on Monday nights.
