Oh the pain! Remember in elementary school when we would do Presidential Fitness test stuff? Yesterday in my "All Abs" class, we did old skool situps (i.e. your partner hold down your feet and you cross your hands over your chest and actually sit up! but it doesn't count if your hands come off your shoulders) and it brought back horid memories. It was the second excerise we did, but anyways, I only did 30 in one minute. How many can you do?
